Starting from 1982, FICC began to enter into market for international engineering contracting, cooperate on manpower supply, import and export business as well as many other works in economic and commercial fields, which was one of the first group enterprises for export-oriented business in Liaoning Province along with the progress of reform and opening-up of China. Based on above, FICC organized Building Design Company, Real Estate Development Company, Building Construction Company as well as Industrial Development Company.
